I love wearing neutrals regardless of the season, and winter is no different. I am one who truly believes you can still wear white pants well beyond Labor Day (I never liked to follow rules anyway). Though, it is important to 'winterize' your white jeans with either a chunky sweater, a fur vest, a long-line cardigan, or one of many other winterizing options. With any of these items, make sure to stick to neutral or jewel tones tops, like Bordeaux that everyone is obsessing over. I chose to pair it with my oversized trench coat in olive and camel knit sweater.
My local weather has included summer and winter temps in the same day, so this lightweight trench coat obviously has made another appearance (previous post). I cannot tell you enough how much I love this material; it is perfect for our bipolar weather right now in the Bay.
