Fall into Fuchsia

Fall into Fuchsia

I love spontaneous weekends! This past Saturday the hubby and I decided to drive in to the city without a plan. We started out in the Mission, since we have not explored this part of SF much.

The Mission was filled with street art, these murals cover the city and have stories behind each piece of art. When we came across one alley, I overheard a tour guide giving the historical significance of a few murals.  I am such a geek for historical stories. The image with the transformer made up of Victorian homes was meant to signify the millionaires that were coming into the city during the dot com bubble and buying out the Victorian homes in that area. It was one of my favorites images from that alley.

For my day trip in the city, I wore my fuchsia boyfriend blazer with a Graphic tee, destroyed jeans & my glitter flats . I love how cute and comfortable these flats are! They added just the right amount of sparkle and gave me the comfort I needed for roaming the city.
